Wallet Deposits
All wallet deposits are final and non-refundable once confirmed. Wallet funds can only be used within the NixProxy platform.
Failed Purchases
If a purchase fails due to a system error, your wallet balance will be automatically refunded. No action is required on your part.
Service Issues
If you experience significant service disruptions (extended downtime, unusable proxies), you may request a wallet credit by contacting support within 7 days of the issue.
Cancellations
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancelled subscriptions remain active until the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds are issued for unused time.
Abuse and Violations
Accounts suspended or terminated for violation of our Terms of Service are not eligible for refunds.
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund or wallet credit, contact our support team at support@nixproxy.com with your account details and a description of the issue. We aim to resolve all refund requests within 5 business days.
Changes to This Policy
We reserve the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting.
